Cinzia Galletto
Cinzia Galletto graduated in Quantum Sciences at the University of Zurich. She is a massotherapist, a bioresonance specialist, and a Pilates movement teacher. She combines the roles of teacher, consultant, and explorer of the world of conscious movement with that of a lifelong student; constant study and renewal allow her to uphold both quality and professionalism, elements she considers essential for excellence. The best part of her work is guiding those who choose her as a therapist toward a harmonious balance that brings total physical and mental well-being. As she always says, “Harmony is magic.” She believes everyone has the right to be the best version of themselves, and her task is to make this happen with every tool she possesses, creating the right potion for each person who wishes to evolve in their state of wellbeing.
Her first encounter with Pilates came in 2000, drawn by the careful study of movement. Since then she has sought to understand its foundations fully. Studying with Ron Fletcher, a direct student of Joseph Pilates, under the guidance of Deborah Mendoza, showed her how movement relates to state of mind and how body and mind are never disheveled. From there she deepened her knowledge through manual techniques and psychosomatic practices from ancient cultures. At the same time the study and application of bioresonance provided her with a multidisciplinary tool that delivers real and lasting psychophysical benefits. Today she blends conscious movement with deep functional breathing to liberate body and spirit, and employs this powerful combination throughout all her programs.
