Pauline Middleton

Pauline is a life-long student of movement and horseback riding adventurer. Her love of learning and experiencing an array of movement modalities has garnered the belief that “movement is a gift we give ourselves”. Pauline has a diverse movement education with Fletcher Pilates®, Power Pilates, Crossfit, NASM personal training, the Pilates Suspension Method; and 10+ years experience in the fitness industry with Life Time Fitness. Combining her experience with a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology and Master Health Coach credential from Precision Nutrition, she promotes a whole-person approach to movement and wellness. When not coaching and teaching for Rebel Moves, LLC, you may find her horseback riding in the Arizona desert or in the studio teaching for Reformed Pilates.
